Jaleswar Municipality is in the District of balasore, Odisha born on 1964, Upgradined as Municipality on 14.02.2014 having an area 17.06 Km.s and population of 25747 as per census-2011 consisting of 17 No.s of wards and 5451 households.

Objective :

The aim of this Municipality to overall development of the Society and to make sanitation, Light, Water, Pollution free and provides basic amenities to its citizens. It aims at up-liftment of Urban poors from slums and establish them on a healthy, educated position. This organization has already made this town Scavenger free and also aims at beautification of the town.
